Hi Everyone!
I'm Currently listening to Jolene by Dolly Parton.
I have amazing friends. I truly think I am blessed with the great fortune of having wonderful caring people around me. I personally love LOVE LOVE my dear friends. My friends have the greatest sense of humor. I need laughter around me constantly. If you know me, which you probably don't, you would know that thirty minutes does not go by without laughter. I want to send a shoutout to my friends who are just so amazing. I love them. I know that you might think it's silly to send a shoutout on a blog that I don't tell any of them about, but it's my little way to appreciate them.
Oh, and my chem teacher is crazy, literally crazy. I don't want to go into the details of what my (and every person's) problems are, but I would just like to put out there that some people should not become teachers. She happens to be one of them. I can't wait for school to be over so I can forget about her and never deal with her EVER again. Anyways, that seems sort of vicious and I promise I don't feel that way towards ANYONE else! She just blows my nuggets...

Blogs
Hi Everyone!
I'm currently listening to Fall Away by Better off Dad
Before I go further into my blog I would like to recommend Better off Dad to EVERYONE! They are a great band and the lead singer's voice is quite amazing...
LOST returned yesterday. I almost had a heart attack because I was so happy to see it. I adore Josh Holloway. Anyways, Lost is my obsession. Anyone who wants to talk about it, I'm always game!
I talked to my friend today, the one who has been my best friend for what seems like forever. We worked it all out. I was really happy because although she was getting on my nerves I realized she is human too and was hurt by something I did. I never even thought to consider that. Which I know seems stupid, but she is perfect. She is my perfect other half (friend-wise not in a creepy way). I'm really glad we worked it out. I don't know what I would do without her.

Working Out
Hi Everyone!
I'm currently listening to Gone Forever by Three Days Grace (still)
Okay, so I was working out last night and happened to stumble upon a topic that I feel strongly about, etiquette. Where I work out there is a row of about twenty treadmills then a row of twenty or so bikes then a row of elliptical machines and finally a row of miscellaneous cardio machines. Then in the back is all the free weights and machines for specific muscles. Pretty standard.
So my view on etiquette, if possible take a machine where no one is on either side of you, people perfer to workout in their own worlds. Especially with the invention of IPODs. If you need a specific free weight that someone is using, start doing something else, respect the people who have it. DO NOT stand around and/or sigh heavily. Do not stare at people, glancing to get an idea for a new exercise is one thing, but staring is rude (in all situations). Biggest thing, clean your bikes/ellipticals off when you are done. No one wants to touch gross sweaty machines.
Oh, and a personal side note, boys, well men, you get to oogle us ladies all day long, we get to oogle you in the gym. period.

My Rant
Hi Everyone!
I'm currently listening to Gone Forever by Three Days Grace
So, as some of you may know, high school wrecks your life. lol. Part of me is joking and the other part of me is so serious. The girl who I have called my best friend for so long, has been a horrid person lately. We had something planned for about a month, something that I was depending on her for.
I needed this specific thing to happen today. I called her last night to make sure everything was still on, left her a couple of messages, but she never got back to me. She has been distant recently so when today rolled around and I hadn't received a call back I proceeded as if she wasn't going to do what she agreed to do. Lucky for me someone else offered to replace her, and I was so grateful. Later I found out that indeed she was not planning on holding up what she agreed to (and was going to get compensated for). It's just frustrating.
Oh, and another annoying thing, she said she had to work and that's the reason she couldn't do it, then is online two hours later, when she should be at work. Hmmm, thanks for lying to me...
Anyways, onto something else. I found a magnificent blog. (see post below) I adore the writer. He has a biting perfect sense of humor. Perhaps if he lived in... mhmumm... where I live... we would be friends... His writing and personality are definitely likable. That's what I like about blogs, they are a true display of who you are. What reason do you have to lie?
So, I put my picture up in the establishment where I workout, and it is so nice to see my work documented. I'm not looking for people to praise me or anything, but to see the fruits of my labor is nice. I've already had one person mention it... I've almost lost thirty... Hopefully I'll be there by Friday. That's my goal for now. If not by Friday then by next weds.

Nothing really new...
Hi Everyone!
I'm currently listening to Time after Time by Quietdrive
American Idol is on tonight and I'm excited because it's american idol, but I'm not so excited for the theme tonight. It's songs of Andrew Lloyd Weber. I hope Carly and David Cook rock it.
School is still the pain of my life. It is so frustrating. It just compounds on my life and the fact that I never do anything right. I have been trying to just get through it all but it seems like the smallest things annoy me these days. I have junioritis.

Mish Mosh
Hi Everyone!
I'm currently listening to Who Knew by P!nk (Does she still have the exclamation point or is it just an "i" now?)
Sorry for not writing in such a long time. I have been busy with the junior year coursework. It is definitely killing me. I am pulling my hair out. Actually currently I should be revising an essay and writing a chem report. No thanks...
Enough about that subject though. I went to work on Friday and had such a great time. I had talked to Cabbage. He is sooo much fun. I really like him and am going to be really sad when he leaves.
School is crazy, but the book is going well. If I wasn't so tired all the time it would be much further.
Well, off to do that schoolwork...

American Idol
Hi Everyone!
I'm currently listening to Apologize by Timbaland feat. OneRepublic
Okay everyone, for those of you who do not watching American Idol, this post will not interest you. Michael Johns was voted off tonight in probably the biggest mistake since Chris Daughtry getting voted off. I know the show is based off of viewer votes and usually I keep my mouth shut and don't really say anything about who gets voted off, even when it's people I like.
This was not talent based though. I'm sorry but you cannot tell me that Brook White or Syesha Mercado is as talented as Michael Johns. Brook White can probably get a record deal and do semi-decently but Syesha would flounder in the music business, nothing sets her apart. Michael Johns should not have left before these people. The votes that he didn't receive, in my opinion, can be attributed to his age, which pisses me off. I'm sorry for the language, I am trying to keep this good clean fun for all ages, but I'm very upset about this.
I can't write anymore, I'm too upset...

About Writing
Hi Everyone!!!
I'm currently listening to Genie in a Bottle by Christina Aguilera
Okay, so I am writing my (hopefully bestseller) novel and love it! I know I have talked about writing before, but considering it is what I love I'm sure this won't be the last post about it. SO, the characters take on such a life of their own and I love it. I am different from other writers I know in my process, I don't start out with an outline. I start out with a really great scene with dynamics then let the characters take charge. Sometimes it does not work out so well, I can admit that, but when I write with an agenda it comes out stiff and boring. I end up losing interest.
I think it has to do with the fact that when the characters do something I am just as surprised as a reader would be. That, I think, means that I'm doing well. I was writing on Friday with every intention of my character being happy for the next few chapters, but alas, the characters did not go in that direction. It's like my fingers get a life of their own, writing what they know. I have such great faith in this project right now and I can't wait to see where it goes next.
My character currently is at a place where so much can happen, it can still take on a completely different life. It can turn into a murder mystery, science fiction, chick lit, heck, ANYTHING. That is such an exciting feeling. To think that something can be so unknown and so, well, perfect feeling. I'm not saying it's perfect, it just feels right.

New IPOD!!!
Hi Everyone!
I'm currently listening to (There's Gotta Be) More to Life by Stacie Orrico
I am so excited, I just bought a new IPOD. I had the first generation 4 gig nano and was getting a little tired of it. It didn't hold all my songs and that alone was annoying. Also, I have plenty of funny videos that I have made with friends (and by myself) that I would like to watch and can't. SO, I just purchased the 80 gig classic IPOD. It is GORGEOUS! I am syncing it up as I write. Of course it is taking a while because I have at least 20 gigs of music/video/podcasts. I'm fine with the time it takes though. My mom is happy as well because she gets my old 4 gig.
School tomorrow. I am getting used to the horrid junior year, = ). It really is awful, but my only strand of hope is the fact that I only have a couple more months than I am DONE! Senior year is going to be sooo much fun. I am taking an AP English class on top of two other english classes, but since english is my focus I figure it'll be fun. I have heard a lot of good things about the AP English teacher I will have next year. I don't know how he will top my current AP english teacher though. My current teacher has this AMAZING voice. He has the voice you want your dad to have. That raspy strong manly voice. It's perfect to listen to for stories, lectures, etc.

The Weekend!
Hi Everyone!
I'm currently listening to You're Crashing, But You're No Wave by Fall Out Boy
Thank goodness the weekend is here! I love the weekends, they are the much deserved break from reality. This weekend I need to watch Hairspray for my history class. I chose it from a long list of movies to review, but now I am rethinking the decision. I really like the movie but I don't want to make it seem that I like it because I wish it was my life. You know, the fat girl gets the guy and everything is nice afterwards. I know life isn't like that.
Oh, and by the way, I'm fat. Hahahaha, it honestly feels so good to write that. It's really not something you go out in the open and say. People know it, you know it, but it's never talked about. Strange right? I am losing weight though. I recently hit the twenty pounds mark. It's a great accomplishment. I am looking to lose about 80 or so more. Enough about my weight though...
HAIRSPRAY! It is a great movie and brings a lot of issues to the forefront. Not to mention it has catchy songs and fun outfits. But I don't want it to seem cliche that the fat girl is reviewing the movie about how the fat girl gets everything.
Oh, and because I adore American Idol, I have to include my preferences.
1- Carly Smithson
2- David Archuleta
3- Michael Johns
4- David Cook
5- Jason Castro
6- Kristy Lee Cook
7- Brook White
8- Syesha Mercado
Those are my preferences, not necessarily who is going to go or who is going to win. Although I think my top 4 will be the actual top 4. Just my thoughts!

Writing
Hi Everyone!
I'm currently listening to Sensitive Subject Matter by Bonnie McKee
This is pretty much a once in a lifetime thing, three posts in one day. But I'm in a blog-y kind of mood. And I'm excited to have this outlet as well. I am trying to write my story. I have (almost) 3000 words written. I write as much as I can however often I can, but that's rarely. I already know I'm hitting the sack in twenty minutes or so. Which means I really should be writing my story and not my blog. = P. ANYWAYS!
Writing is such a nice outlet. I recommend everyone tries it. Even if you write horribly, it is a good way to let out emotion and get the creative juices flowing. I started my story in a creative writing class and have continued every time I'm finished a little early in that class along with any spare time I have. Which of course I have none, but hey, who knows, maybe over the summer my time will be more free. And everyone tells me senior year is easier than junior year. Heck, every year is better than junior year. I love school, I adore school, but I hate certain things about junior year. Especially two of my classes. All of my other classes are just peachy, but two of them are complete TORTURE!
Well, good night for tonight (I promise)

A little bit more about my life
Hello Everyone!
I'm currently listening to Words I Never Meant by Debra Arlyn
Okay. I am an average girl. I have nice manners and a good sense of humor. I love meeting new people and am a very passionate person. I either LOVE something or HATE something. Very rarely will I be indifferent. I LOVE music. I am constantly listening to my IPOD, which I will be getting a new one because mine is officially too small. I also love digital photography. I want photoshop CS2 really really badly but it is really expensive, and shocker, my high school wages are not that much. Although I do work, and I love it. My coworkers are amazing! One of them is leaving at the end of summer (going to college) and I'm going to be super sad. I am a really emotional person. I cry at pretty much any movie ever made. It's sort of funny, but my family has gotten used to it. I love my family. I am really close to them and don't know what I would do without them.
Right now the weather is dreary, looks like cold autumn day. In reality it is spring and everything should be blooming right about now. It can be depressing if you think about it, but I try not to think about it too much.
Thanks for reading, hope you're hooked!

My First Post
Hello Everyone!
For the purpose of this blog my name is Soul. I am a high school junior currently, desperately wanting my future to be here NOW! I am a wannabe writer. I am trying to bang out my first novel, but as some of you might know, that is a daunting task. Hopefully I can finish before I start my senior year. That would be a dream come true. I want to be a high school english teacher when I graduate college. I love music, all types mostly. I love Debra Arlyn currently, and Panic! at the Disco.
The purpose of this blog is to get my feelings out. I hope you all enjoy this, I will try and post later this week!
